Easy Roasted Tomato Sauce
Tomatoes, shallots and garlic cloves, with a few grinds of salt and a glug of olive oil. Roast at 400 for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes have gone squishy and everything browned. Tossed with pasta. Dinner is served.
